<p>隨著科技時代來臨，許多電器用品紛紛推出遠端智能APP，讓你在外也能時刻掌握家中的各種家電，如空氣清淨機、掃地機器人等等，但你知道，電梯原來也有遠端APP，在外便能知道電梯狀況、保養維修進度以及故障通知嗎？</p>

<h2>APP智能掌握的數位時代</h2>
|
|
<p>大眾所熟知的APP便是「行動應用程式」，即手機、平板電腦等行動電子裝置中的應用程式，APP擁有自己獨立的作業系統，類似電腦上的應用軟體，其概念便是能帶著走的應用程式，透過縮小的電腦，也就是手機平板等用品來使用，在日常生活，為使用者提供便利的服務。如蘋果的App Store、Google的Google Play皆有數百萬各式各樣的行動應用程式可供下載使用。</p>
|
|
<p>APP store於2008年推出，一年後的2009年下載應用程式的次數變超過十億，並且持續上升，宣告了新一個時代「數位智能時代」的來臨。</p>
|
|
<h2>電梯的智能時代已然來臨</h2>
|
|
<p>以台灣來說，許多社區由於保養維護經費有限，難以大幅提昇電梯檢查頻率，大多的社區屬傳統建築物昇降設備，也就是老舊的電梯，其檢查頻率及整合運轉資料記錄不易察覺故障之徵兆。所以近年來為了提高昇降設備使用的安全性，甚至可應用蒐集的大數據，結合機械學習技術發展設備故障預測技術，在設備事故未發生前就加以防範，政府也祭出相關研究其能跟上這波數位智能潮流。</p>
|
|
<p>內政部建築研究所109年提出研究成果「建築物昇降設備導入遠端監控技術可行性及推廣計畫」，一系列對於電梯遠端監控的研究與推廣計畫，顯示為了配合物聯網、機械學習及智慧機械等新技術發展的興起，政府也欲投身相關政策來增進此一智能化的舉措。此報告更直言「導入遠端監控技術，產業提高維護保養品質效能，並隨新技術應用產業達經濟規模後降低相關成本，民眾保養費用負擔可能隨之減輕，達到民眾及產業雙贏。」</p>

<p>現今電梯遠端監控技術已趨成熟，經由APP便能遠端掌握即時資訊，科技發展迅速，大眾認知上卻仍有許多人不知道有這樣的功能，如何更廣泛地推廣至民眾，進而達到普及化，仍有一段路要走。</p>
